Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Orchid Media Collective. Please review the following cancellation policy before booking.

Client Cancellations

If the client cancels their photography session for any reason, the booking deposit and any payments made are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be submitted as soon as possible so the date can be reopened for other clients.

Rescheduling Instead of Cancelling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, rescheduling may be available depending on the photographer’s schedule.

Deposits may be transferred to a new date one time. Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.

No-Shows

If the client does not show up to the session without notice, the session will be considered canceled and no refund will be issued.

Photographer Cancellations

If the photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund for any payments made.

Weather Cancellations

For outdoor sessions, weather may require rescheduling. If weather conditions are unsafe or would significantly affect the session, the photographer may recommend rescheduling.

Deposits will transfer to the new date.
