Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Orchid Media Collective. Please review the following refund policy before purchasing or booking.

Photography Sessions

All deposits and payments made toward photography sessions are non-refundable. This includes the booking deposit and any remaining balance payments.

Refunds will only be issued if the photographer agrees to cancel the session and approves a refund at their discretion.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your session, please contact the photographer as soon as possible. Deposits may be transferred to a new date one time, depending on availability.

Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.

Digital Products

All digital products (including digital downloads, digital bundles, and full gallery downloads) are non-refundable once delivered. Due to the nature of digital files, all digital sales are final.

Prints & Physical Products

All print orders and physical products are non-refundable once the order has been placed.

If a print arrives damaged or incorrect, the client must notify the photographer within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement may be issued if the issue is verified.

Cancellations

If the client cancels a booked session, all payments made will remain non-refundable.

If the photographer must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund for any payments made.
