Shipping Policy

Thank you for purchasing prints and products from Orchid Media Collective. Please review the following shipping and delivery information.

Local Delivery (Colorado Clients)

For clients located in Colorado, select print products may be eligible for local hand delivery. Local delivery availability will be determined based on location and scheduling.

Local delivery will be coordinated directly with the client once the order is completed and ready for delivery.

Delivery fees may apply depending on distance.

Shipping (Non-Local Orders)

For clients outside of the local delivery area, print products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping costs may vary depending on the product size and order total.

Once shipped, delivery time may vary based on the carrier and destination.

Processing & Turnaround Time

Most print orders are processed and produced within 1–3 weeks, depending on product type and availability. Larger items such as canvas or metal prints may take longer.

Clients will be notified once the order is ready for delivery or has been shipped.

Delivery Scheduling

For hand-delivered orders, the client is responsible for being available at the scheduled delivery time. If the client is unavailable, a rescheduled delivery may be required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact [Your Business Name] within 48 hours of receiving the product. Photos of the damage may be required to process a replacement.

Address Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orchid Media Collective is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address information.
